In our company, Any communication, personal information that you share with us will be remained fully protected. We would therefore like to let you to be familiar with our Privacy Policy as described herewith.

Any email address, telephone number, postal address or name of any company or organization that you exchange with us, we put them under confidential subject. We strictly discourage to sell or trade or publish any of the information supplied by any visitors. In case if you receive information from our website, it is because you have requested it, or a friend / colleague has requested it on your behalf.

Other Policy

01: - Health:
Good health and physical fitness is required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks. If you are enable by physical will be provide extra support on pre request, it will be with extra charge.

02: - Insurance:
It is a condition while booking a tour with Adventure Sherpa Trails Team that travelers/trekkers must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and lost of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.

03: - Advance Payment:
To secure place, 20% down payment is required to make in advance and another 15% due 15 days before the trip Departure of payment as per the company policy.

04: - Full Payment:
Rest of the payment is due can pay on your arrival in Kathmandu. Be mindful, we also reserve the right to cancel your trip provided if full amount is not paid on time and no refund of advance deposit paid money in such case.

05: - Last hour booking:
We accept your last minute booking (15 days prior to tour departure date), but 50% payment of total tour cost should be made in advance.

06: - Cancellation

Within the terms of these agreement, clients cannot change the program themselves. Adventure Sherpa Trails reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel any portion of the itinerary to suit local requirements. 07: - Liability

Adventure Sherpa Trails is a destination management company, therefore, under any circumstances, not responsible or liable for any unforeseen situations like, accident, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, personal injury or illness, excess luggage charges, losses incurred by rerouting, inclement weather, floods, political disruptions, strikes, riots and other disturbances are personal expenditure.

08: - Complains

If any complains should occur they should be cleared before departure from destination country.

09: - Price

Prices are valid as mentioned per offer. Adventure Sherpa Trails reserves the right to change the prices due to possible considerable increased costs by changes in the rates of foreign currencies, in local taxes or permits, in local price levels or due to certain local government measures.
