Most treks suit ages 16–65 with reasonable fitness. Some high-altitude or festival itineraries may have different recommendations — ask us for advice based on your group.

Yes. Upper Mustang is a restricted area. We arrange the Restricted Area Permit, ACAP, TIMS and local permits as part of your package.
