1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit (or full payment, as agreed) is received and written confirmation is issued by Mustang Trekking / Nord Extreme Himalaya (P) Ltd. Remaining balances are due as stated on your invoice.

2. Cancellation by the client

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel. Permits and third-party costs may be non-refundable. Please review your booking confirmation for the exact schedule.

3. Cancellation or changes by us

In rare cases of safety concerns, natural events, or force majeure, we may alter itineraries or cancel departures. We will offer alternative dates, a comparable trip, or a refund of recoverable amounts.

4. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical treatment and helicopter evacuation is mandatory for all participants.

5. Health & fitness

You confirm you are fit for the chosen itinerary. Please disclose medical conditions in advance. Guides may adjust or stop a trek for safety reasons.

6. Permits & documents

You must provide accurate passport details and obtain a valid Nepal visa. We arrange restricted-area and conservation permits as included in your package.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and operating trips. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our control, independent contractors, or personal decisions of participants.

8. Privacy

Personal data is used only to deliver your trip and related services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
